Digital to support and help customers in store
Dagobert imagined and designed a communication plan to inform consumers thanks to two informations points :
- An interactive device dedicated to locate and pick up items
- An interactive device dedicated to find items in store
The first interactive device allows consumers to identify their needs and to localize the product in store.
The second device dedicated to the pick up allow customer to access to all the products available in store and to order items that they need.
They can directly pay to the checkout to collect their purchase at the pick up place, all the process with a minimum of interactions.
A reel success for the interactive devices ! 30% of the turnover come from those devices.
